This app is wonderful you can purchase something and use this app to pay for whatever you purchase with a small down payment, and you pay them back every two weeks on low payments, and it's very handy, and I love using this company

In the last week they have double charged me & continue to try to take out additional $. They attach late fees to the early payments that I stopped them from taking. I have asked for management & they hang up!! I asked for a supervisor & they spew out computer problems & ask for patience. Amazing that their systems work perfectly to grab $ & charge late fees, but not to correct doubling the payments & trying to make more than their owed. Edit: Responded to the review but still nothing done.

Do not use zip. They've got me going in circles claiming the refund is there and will take several days, aka when they get more payments. Also, when you are in chat, they ignore you or keep asking the same thing over and over. I will update with a better rating when I get my money back.
