I used to use the previous owners of this payment option and stopped completely because they literally screwed you over now I just started again, and they start you on a low amount and then help you achieve the payments on time. They are not here to collect a ton of money. I use a program call FOUR and now am $2000 credit limit but am limited to who I use. ZIP has alot of companies and loves it. Don't change a thing please.

They started it off good, but I had an issue saying that I owe money with all of my payments were up-to-date now it's happened again today and saying that I owe two payments, and I'm a day behind, and I'm up-to-date with my payments contact the customer service they said they don't see it on their end that I owe anything and my account is on hold this is ridiculous now I can't use my account, and they don't have a way to fix it he said it must be a glitch it's awful and customer service is awful

Zip makes you jump through hurdles and wait on them to delete your account. There is no way to delete your account without going through customer service through email or calling their corporate number.

Absolute garbage for the past 2 days. App is fully up-to-date, yet it refuses to open any website to make a purchase. Useless at this point.
