Came across Zip was approved so decided to try out, easy to use and helps out alot being on a budget

Been using zip since they were quad pay I love them been years never had and issues that customer service didn't fix right away. I have been using it to make big Amazon purchase since it helps with not having all the little transactions and let me know when a price is being changed since companies on Amazon like to do that. Really great even use for big purchases allowing me to move my payments if needed to line up with money when I can see a lack there of iny account.

I have tried using the virtual card multiple times and ebay still denied it. I have used Zip through Ebay before. But recently I keep getting denied and then system locked for too many failed attempts. Custom service is a joke because they can't tell me why it was failing. I've tried canceling the card, but it keeps giving me the same card number over and over. It's also the same card number that I used last time for a purchase, so it never gives me a new card. Customer service has zero clue.

I got the app a while ago, and it was working great but now when I try to use it I get declined stating they can't verify my information. It hasn't changed since I started using the app so why they can't is ridiculous. Time to start looking for a different app. Also support doesn't do any good, takes forever to get past the Ai bot and hours between each response from support, and then they escalate it but never give proper response. In end my chat got discontinued because support closed 4 night

There must be 2 people working in customer service. How dl are 3 emails sent over the course of 5 weeks? Chat is useless if they always have to "escalate to the internal team." Response to response: I have sent 2 emails over the last 2 weeks. No replies
