Description
The official Polestar Connect app bridges the gap between driver and vehicle, allowing you to connect to the Polestar 1. This requires that you have a Polestar 1. With the Polestar Connect app, you will be able to:
• Check vehicle dashboard status, such as fuel or battery level, trip meters, and more. • Control your parking heater. • Control your passenger compartment climate. • Locate your vehicle on a map or use the horn and indicators. • Check the current status of doors, windows and locks. • Lock and unlock the Polestar 1 remotely. • Request roadside assistance from within the app. • Edit your driving journal, categorize trips as business or private, merge trips, rename and send to an email contact. • Analyze your routes with map view and statistics such as fuel and/or battery consumption, as well as speed. • Even though you do not currently own a Polestar 1 car, you can still install the app and try it in demo mode.

App crashes when trying to sign in giving a timed out error

Winter is over + rude awakening. App Server has been discontinued. Nice statement, "We are constantly making improvements to the Polestar 1 Connect app." 2025-03-25 last update for the app 2025-03-31 app server stopped + discontinued!!! Important car functions have simply been removed. Server simply powered off. No integration into the new app is planned. Volvo has decided to no longer operate the servers and service behind and Polestar has not decided to take over the service.
