The new map feature crashes the app entirely on OnePlus 7T. Android 12. Go back to the original real time tracker, it was much more reliable. Edit: previously a 1 star with the above issue. Which has now been resolved. Thanks.

The updated app provides inaccurate times which fluctuate all the time, making accurate train timings impossible. The list view of trains arriving at a station jumps about, making it harder to find the right destination. The map view is entirely useless yet takes up most of the screen, and causes the app to be oversized. The old app was the only thing making the metro network usable; please bring it back!

Passengers get told to use the app for accurate metro times but the "live" times keep suddenly changing, and it constantly shows metros that aren't actually in service. Completely unreliable just like the trains themselves.

New update made it almost unusable for train times, cannot filter times by platform anymore and every time it updates (every few seconds), it jumps to the top of the list, making it damn near impossible to tell what train is mine and isn't. This effect is worst at Monument as it has 4 platforms. Made my own app to track trains, Nexus took it down and locked down their API, they'd rather stop you using anything else to force you to use this broken trash than fix its problems after more than a year
