The new map feature crashes the app entirely on OnePlus 7T. Android 12. Go back to the original real time tracker, it was much more reliable. Edit: previously a 1 star with the above issue. Which has now been resolved. Thanks.

Barely works, metro tracking is terrible, doesn't let you click a train for it to tell you what time it will arrive at your station. Even when everything is working as intended, predicting the metro is a futile task. Keep increasing ticket prices, keep making the service worse, go on then Nexus ya lemons.

The levels of incompetency with this app are truly astounding. The so-called "live" updates are completely wrong. The metro I aimed for was actually 17 minutes late, with zero indication that there were any delays, saying all metros were running on time. The website was also wrong. Seriously, fix your awful app and website.

The updated app provides inaccurate times which fluctuate all the time, making accurate train timings impossible. The list view of trains arriving at a station jumps about, making it harder to find the right destination. The map view is entirely useless yet takes up most of the screen, and causes the app to be oversized. The old app was the only thing making the metro network usable; please bring it back!
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
