I enter my postcode, but the drop-down menu is blank, so I can't select my address to report a fault.

Not impressed :(We're currently in the middle of a power cut and the app reports there are no problems in the area? Phoned 105 to be told that they are aware of the power cut in the local area and engineers are way to fix the fault. So when you need the app to work in a live situation it lets you down :(*** UPDATE *** The current power cut has expanded and has blacked out a larger area and still the app says bugger all!
