Great app but could improve on extra security step by adding SMS security code or authentication after customer their password. With current app security, it's too easy to access the account and full financial details on the app with just one password process without further security confirmation. Reason for raising this matter is just incase this phone got lost/stolen.

Good app. But, I have an issue. The Kudos bank app is missing from my widget list. I had this as a widget for so long, and now it's gone, and I can't add it as it's not coming up in the app list for widgets. I am on Android 16 unsing a Galaxy S25 ultra.

Recently notifications has gone down the toilet. Used to be on point every time I got paid. But in the last 4-5 weeks it just doesn't work anymore. All my settings in phone and app are as they should be. Other than that a great app! Developers please update and fix!!

Service is simply not good enough, again secure mail does not work (on several occasions). Which is the main communication system between customer and the bank. Then if call just sit on hold. Can see the gradual decline in service, they used to be so good... disappointing.

Simply awful bank to deal with, don't even respond to member secure email when have transfer problems, there service is bordering on negligence.
