Please don't book parcel service through this application, station staff don't respond to anything for your parcel. I used this service to transfer my bike after getting delivered display mirror damaged, I tried contacting the station staff but not use, and it's a vendor based they never respond after your delivery. Too much high cost collecting this team.

Station-to-station booking is not working (KRNT to RU not showing), and there’s no door-to-door option either. The app seems buggy and unreliable. Needs fixing.

Booked a bike parcel and paid around Rs 1000 for door 2 door delivery, now no update, no call center support and not sure whom to contact, tried 139 didn't work, so I am depending on my luck. If u want reliable delivery this is not the app.
