Complicated. Poor rewards for small budget shopper. Need to buy a lot & specific products to gain any reward. Lidl treats on phone are a far nicer system.

Afraid despite raising issue with team to resolve issue of being able to log in on app - after several months it still does not let me in. Support is extremely poor to non existent from any technical team.
