Dispatch takes seconds. Multi-select transfers and assign them to a driver or tour guide in one action, reassign when plans change, adjust pick-up times with a reason attached, and let the app pre-check clashes before a driver is double-booked. An outbound board tracks every job you have handed out, split into pending, accepted, and cancelled. A live map shows your active drivers, their last known locations, and the transfer each one is on, searchable by driver, vehicle, or status, plus in-app Google Maps navigation.

When work is urgent, publish it. Priority listings let you post jobs to the wider network with a stop-by-stop itinerary, ping available drivers, and see instantly when a listing has been claimed, so nothing sits uncovered.

Rates stay transparent on both sides. Inbound rates collect the compensation offers your travel agents send you, while outbound rates let you build and send your own offers to fleet drivers and tour guides, covering base salary, per-trip pay, and CPF contribution type. Compare active, pending, and expired offers side by side, search by transfer type, and accept or reject each one on the spot.

Billing is built for two-way money. Standard job billings are tracked in Received and Given tabs, so you can see what your travel agents owe you and what you owe your drivers, and drill into any provider for a transfer-by-transfer breakdown. Priority billings are tracked separately. Raise a billing request over any date range, preview the itemised invoice before it goes out, attach payment proof, and follow every step in a comment and status history. Enrol in PayNow so your QR appears on your billings for direct payment.

Your fleet is managed from one place. Add fleet drivers as sub-accounts, edit their details, control whether each can take priority jobs, reset passwords, and review or end their active sessions. Fleet drivers are automatically covered by your subscription, and tiered plans let you scale seats as you grow, with clear seat usage, store-managed renewal, easy restore, and a free trial.

Staying connected is effortless. Real-time in-app chat lets you message travel agents, drivers, tour guides, fleet members, and guests, with an offline message queue, unread tracking, and message search, and you can start a voice or video call in the same conversation. A notification inbox deep-links each alert straight to the job that needs attention. Your jobs, billings, and messages are stored on the device and kept current in the background, with a data-sync screen that lets you resync or clear the cache.

Getting started is straightforward. Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email with OTP verification, then verify your business with your UEN, ACRA document, and authorised representative details. Guided walkthroughs introduce the inbound, outbound, and rate workflows, and an in-app FAQ is always a tap away. You stay in control with an optional biometric app lock, light, dark, and system themes, an adjustable font-size scale, full account management, and the ability to block or report users.
