The service is good, container is high quality and returning it at the store was very fast. The app just needs some polishing; I'd like, for example, to type an address and search for a partner store in an area I want to go to, and not just be shown the area I'm currently in.

Ok, so I was asked to install the app at Mensa, and I quickly created an account and borrowed the container. Now it says that I must return it within two hours (10 trial returns 2 hours each). But the Mensa is already closed and the next return point is in another town, and it's probably also closed because it is another Mensa. How can I return the dishes in two hours? And then they will charge me €5 for late return, I guess 🤨. If not, it's absolutely not clear from the description what happens

I can't scan anything. I just want to get Cafeteria food to-go without using plastic. But the App just freezes when I want to scan a code and doesn't open a camera to scan.

It requires a payment method when I am standing already in the line in mensa. Luckily I had my debit card with me (normally I pay with my phone, and do not carry debit card with me, while on campus). But it doesn't work: when I enter my card details nothing happens (no 'continue' button appears). So I already have food in relevé but can't do anything with it. Stupid situation. Couldn't you notify in advance that you payment method is required? When I was returning my previous relevé?
