★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work with my phone!? Why is my phone not compatible? It is a newer android smart phone. Frustrated I will be losing a discount over a developer issue.

★★☆☆☆ I think this is a SCAM to increase rates under the guise of saving money. Start you off with a 10% discount to lure you in. Stop and go traffic, cars starting in your lane, all count against you. Then the app stops at one savings number which is of course 10% below the initial discount ; after which your new rate is adjusted higher. I am very disappointed with Liberty mutual for this con, therefore very disappointed with this app! Would rather not have used it at all!

★★☆☆☆ Scam - They make up things, when you know you've been driving perfectly but they give your trip a bad rating then you know that it's a scam and that's what's happened to me. I'm 64 and drive very well, my record proves that. Going to find a new insurance company! I hate liars and scammers!!!
