Saarthi Rider

Saarthi Rider connects drivers and transport vendors so work feels simple, earnings stay clear, and everyday driving gets the respect it deserves. From sign-in to the last drop, the app reduces confusion, removes manual follow-ups, and keeps every trip structured and easy to complete-so you can focus on the road, not paperwork. Saarthi RideTech connects drivers & vendors-fair pay, easy work, better lives.

Built for professional drivers. Whether you’re an owner-cum-driver or engaged with a transport vendor, Saarthi Rider helps you receive clear job offers, understand what’s expected, and complete each assignment with confidence. The app supports company shuttles, airport transfers, local packages, outstation assignments, and one-way drops. Job cards show the essentials-pickup sequence, timing windows, and coordinator notes-so you’re always prepared.

Simple, guided onboarding. Start with mobile OTP and add the essential KYC details that establish your profile. Set the hours you prefer to work-weekdays, weekends, custom timings, or full week. Your profile helps vendors match you to the right trips and keep your day predictable.

Trip clarity, from start to finish. Every assignment follows a clear flow: offer → accept → approach → Start OTP → trip → End OTP. These OTP gates protect both sides by confirming who starts the ride and when it ends. Trip status and special instructions are easy to review at a glance, helping you run on time and avoid disputes.

Safety by design. The Start/End OTP flow adds a trusted checkpoint at the two moments that matter most. Clear instructions and consistent steps reduce errors during busy hours and keep the experience calm, professional, and accountable.

Clear information, fewer surprises. Before you begin, you’ll know what the trip involves: pickup points, sequence, timing windows, and service category. During the ride, you can track progress and stay aligned with the plan. After completion, a concise summary makes it easy to recall what happened if questions come up later.

Respect on the road. Saarthi’s approach is practical: reduce uncertainty, improve clarity, and treat driving like the skilled profession it is. The goal isn’t just more trips-it’s better trips with fewer arguments, fewer last-minute changes, and smoother coordination with vendor teams.
