I love the technology of this product. I was an old school practitioner in the cbus and plc systems to provide automation. The way in which bt & Wi-Fi enables so many applications has simplified the entire smart wiring methodology, it just gives me endless opportunities for upselling this product. I'm an electrician with a new phone and pretty much up-to-date Chrome version and the app is working without issue for me. Also worked fine with my older phone. I'm using it to control a 2 wire dimmer and setup was a breeze. I'd prefer a range of 3 wire devices but that aside it functions nicely. Well done guys. I also noticed the dimmer just about fits a Clips Iconic™ plate. Any chance for a version that does? (edit) One minor flaw with the app I've found. Smartphone must have locations turned on, or it won't find the device. That's fine but needs a notification to phone user to turn on locations as it does for Bluetooth.

1 week it would work great the next 2 weeks it wouldn't work at all, I spent alot of money buying your switches and setting up my home, its very disappointing that the app barely works. Please fix it. I'm an electrician, and I use alot of SAL products & recommend your products, but this is very disappointing.

Edit: Thanks for the reply Pixie, I'll look into that with my electrician, but I'm unconvinced it's going to solve all the issues. e.g. the groups. I'll update this review accordingly. Simply doesn't work. 1. I set up 3 schedules on day of installation for the evening. Later that night all schedules no longer existed. 2. Devices randomly appear and disappear. 3. Groups interfere with each other. 50% group of two lights and 100% group for same lights. But if turn 100% group on and then off, and then turn on the 50% group, it turns on lights at 100%. If I then tap elsewhere on % dial it immediately changes to correct amount. Will be asking my sparky to remove ASAP.

It is rubbish. My light was Set up by electrician, worked 1 night with the timer to switch the light on and off and not worked since. The timer works to turn it off but not to switch it back on again!
