The transaction/history section takes too long to load. Sometimes it takes several minutes or doesn’t load at all. Please improve the app’s optimization and server performance to make it faster and more convenient to use. It’s difficult to monitor transactions when the history page is very slow.

No direct instructions or the instructions are too vague on how to verify my account to either "Negosyo+" just to unlock some features like Load or Cash-in to Wallet etc.

This App is Scam, don't be fool and fall with their offer, I tried to use this it was okay at first, but after I used it second time around. You will need to pay in just 9 days, and they won't allow you partial payments to at least ease the burden of your loan. The penalty is every week, and it is very opposite to what the agents discussed to you at first. Very disappointing, and would never use this app again! AGAIN DON'T BE FOOLED WITH THEIR FLOWERY OFFER.
