★★☆☆☆ Book quarantine package in 3-star hotel, after reaching airport waited 5 hrs to take passengers from airport to hotel. Only taking money but no booking, After reaching 3rd class apartment no proper food no Internet, and zero maintenance, feel like infected in hotel if stay here, It's been two days no PCR test, as per public health authority said PCR test to be taken up on arrival first day and 7th day, but nothing happening here Dispite of many followup no action from saudi holidays

I have booked Quarantine package for my Mother which they forced us to book through SAUDI holidays as my Mother is travelling by Saudi Airlines. Whatever hotel u book - they will transfer all people from Flight to same hotel irrespective of booking. At hotel there are Cockroaches roaming everywhere, Same food u will get every day. Nobody will Answer on Number given by Hotel. Nobody will Clean.
