Sawyer Nursery

Sawyer Nursery Mobile is the official field companion app for Sawyer Nursery's sales and service teams. Designed for
technicians who manage inventory at retail partner locations, the app provides fast, reliable tools for counting,
culling, and tracking live goods — even without an internet connection.

Offline-First Design
Work confidently in stores with poor or no connectivity. All inventory data is stored locally on your device and
automatically syncs with the server when a connection is available. No dropped counts, no lost work.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- View your assigned store locations with at-a-glance status indicators
- Count, remove, or clearance inventory by mode
- Search products by name, SKU, or UPC with fuzzy matching
- Log rack counts (CC Full, CC Empty, Other) for every store visit
- Add visit notes for your team

Barcode Scanning
Scan product barcodes using your device's camera — no external hardware required. The built-in scanner validates
barcodes against the store's product list in real time for fast, accurate counts.

Reports & Visibility
- View shipment and order history per store
- Track when each location was last inventoried or rack-counted
- Color-coded store list highlights locations that are overdue for service

Dashboard & Announcements
Stay informed with company announcements and navigate to your assigned modules from a clean, mobile-friendly
dashboard.

Secure Access
Role-based login ensures each user sees only the stores and features assigned to them. Sessions stay active for field
use, with secure offline authentication when you're away from the network.
