Service Hub

ServiceHub keeps your team on top of every guest request and internal task, in real time.

Built for hotels, restaurants, and venues on the TouchMenu platform, ServiceHub turns incoming signals — guest complaints, service requests, and internal jobs — into clear, assignable tasks your staff can act on right from their phone.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-time task inbox — See new and in-progress tasks at a glance, filtered by type and status, each tagged with its category, room/QR location, and time.
• Full task lifecycle — Start, park and resume, reassign, and complete tasks in just a couple of taps.
• Assign to the right person — Assign or reassign staff, or pick up a task yourself.
• Photos & files — Attach and view images and documents on any task.
• Built-in conversation — Discuss a task with your team in a per-task chat, with inline replies and image sharing.
• Reports — Track signals handled, average response time, and average completion time.
• Push notifications — Get notified the moment a new task arrives or an existing one is updated.
