How #CDS Works
1. Install & Pair Download the Smart Cashier Customer Display App on a dedicated Android device. 2. Keep the app open to display its IP address and Device Name. 3. Connect from the POS App 4. Open the #SmartCashier POS App. 5. Go to Main Menu › Settings › Customer Displays. 6. Tap “+ Add New” and search for nearby displays or enter the IP address manually. 7. Select the correct device and tap Pair Customer Display.
Customize Your Screen
1. Log in to the Smart Cashier POS Back Office Web Portal. 2. Navigate to Settings › Software Setup, turn ON the Dual Display setting, and upload your header message, business logo, feature image, and background image. 3. Save and update—your visuals appear instantly.
Display & Impress Your customer-facing screen now shows live order details alongside your chosen images and promotional content.
== Before You Start == - Ensure both the Smart Cashier POS App and the Customer Display App are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. - Keep the Customer Display App running to show the IP address and Device Name during pairing.
== Troubleshooting == - Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that both devices remain on the same network and haven’t switched automatically.
- Weak Signal: Use the built-in Test Connection feature or move closer to the router.
