My friend has lost his mobile and Star hub Smart Hub rejected SR without giving proper reason. When we checked with them, reason stated given was due was SR rejected based on clause 5 and 9 where clause 5 has numerous sub-clauses and Smar Support Agent was unable to give exact reason for the rejection and mentioned it was Management decision and cannot reveal. Worst part is that they asked him to opt out from Smart support. This is totally disappointing since He lost his brand new S20 mobile

The service is horrible. Had arranged for a call back to explain why my request was rejected before they could contact me. No reason was given. Demand a call back to explain instead of calling me they dial and have my phone with 2 miss call. Could only felt 2 vibration while holding onto the phone and saw 2 miss call. Such dishonest service. They even drop me a sms telling me that my smart support was terminated without reason given. This service is not worth paying for.
