I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient this app is. I thought I was going to have a horrible time using it, because its rating right now is 2 out of 5. But honestly, I love it. It's so easy to request for an LOG. The longest I've had to wait for an LOG is maybe 2 hours, but often, my requests get approved in a few minutes. Good job, Etiqa!

Can not download and print the LOG. Can not locate the file. When asking questions, there is an error and can't event take screenshot of the error.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
