The devices work well. The app could be a lot better. Can't save settings for different environments like crowded restaurants vs quite settings. The fine adjustment are mysterious. Everything is trail and error. Once tm you get things set, the hearing aids themselves work very well. Better high frequency range than any other product.

Every time I try to use the app to change volume I have to log in to the Sony website and then go through the setup again which means I need the charger to sync.

Hearing aids are good. The app doesn't recognize passwords and makes you go throughout hearing aid setup every time you open it. Worthless.

Keeps losing my login. It may be Sonys fault, but you have to reset your hearing aids every time it does this. This is a well known problem on the Sony support sites. UNACCEPTABLE!
