★★★★★ These hearing aids do amplify sounds but are nowhere near the quality of my previous hearing aids by Wilcox! They are not able to answer my cellphone and the warranty sucks. Only 1 year with NO replacement for lost devices period. My old hearing aids had 3 yr warranty and 3 years they would replace 1 time each right or left unit if lost for a deductible of $400.00. The biggest thing is Hear USA set them up, cleaned them changed the filters and answered any and all questions that came up. ☆☆☆
★★★★★ Really great once I got an agent to walk me through the setup... the instructions didn't mention I might not hear the tones but need to keep listening until prompted to continue. My bad... a technical error on my part. The agent was awesome and the h.a.'s work great right off the bat and feel like it's improving quickly, especially once I get into the app and poke around 🤩🥰🥳 Hey, if you need hearing aids, try these. You might be surprised 😁 Take care all.
★★☆☆☆ Just spent $1000.00, and now I can't go back to fine tune without going through the entire setup again. I am just going to return them. Obviously, Sony doesn't need the money.
★★☆☆☆ 100% automated and no way to do advanced eq on my own hearing aids? 1 star. I can get rid of distortion, but then I can't hear anything, or I can pump up the volume, and everything sounds horrible? 1. Star. I can reset to factory settings, but I have to start the egregiously long setup process all over again? 1 STAR. Awesome hearing aids; garbage app? Yup. 1 star.
