The devices work well. The app could be a lot better. Can't save settings for different environments like crowded restaurants vs quite settings. The fine adjustment are mysterious. Everything is trail and error. Once tm you get things set, the hearing aids themselves work very well. Better high frequency range than any other product.

Good hearing aids, but absolutely horrible app. Seems like you have to redo the setup of the hearing aids on a regular basis because the app times out. What a pain.

Every time I try to use the app to change volume I have to log in to the Sony website and then go through the setup again which means I need the charger to sync.
