The devices work well. The app could be a lot better. Can't save settings for different environments like crowded restaurants vs quite settings. The fine adjustment are mysterious. Everything is trail and error. Once tm you get things set, the hearing aids themselves work very well. Better high frequency range than any other product.

Makes the process of setting up the hearing aids for the 1st time easy as well as adjusting volume day to day

The hearing aids are great but the app is trash, You can't easily save and set setups depending on the external environment. Need to sign again from time to time. Sometimes when I need to adjust the volume, the hearing device is just not getting updated with the new setting. Would be 5 stars if Sony shows a minimal care for their customers and make these slight changes to improve their customers experience. FYI, it cannot be used unless you have an android phone configured for the US region.

Worst app experience ever. App is okay the first time you set it up, but Sony will automatically sign you out after a few days. Then the app completely forgets all of your settings resets, and you have to go back through the setup process for your hearing aid. So even if I want to check the battery level of my hearing aid, I have to go back through the entire setup. Worst app experience ever. The developer should be ashamed.
