Source Beauty is by far the best online shop to buy beauty products from in Egypt. I've made several purchases, and they always arrive within 2 days, and there are never wrong or missing items. For my last purchase, I forgot to add the Biovia vitamins, and somehow, I got a free bottle + omega gummies. I don't know if this was a coincidence or if someone from the Source Beauty is a psychic, but 😘

Very good app. But I noticed a couple of functionalities missing. If the product description is too long, it cuts off and there's no way to scroll down to see it. If you click on the brand name on a product's page you're not redirected to the brand's page. Also, you can't upvote and downvote reviews or see their scores, unlike on the website. Would give it a 5 if these issues are resolved, or if the app experience matches or tops the website experience.

Worst CS ever. I got their Baby Powder perfume a few months back, only to find out that it has the worst packaging ever, leaking on its own everywhere I put it (be it in my car, on my commode or even in my purse). I messaged them on Instagram this May, giving them my feedback and informing them that I'm not looking for any compensation and that I'm just informing them about their poor packaging. They apologized for the inconvenience, admitted of having poo packaging of the Baby Powder...

Very bad platform and their customer service are too rude especially" Menna Eldaly" she doesn't know how to handle customers complain about late delivery and she is only good at sending too much mail with no solution, and then she cancelled the order.
