At 1st it was terrible. You could not get information on how to use a gift card. Couldn't find anywhere that was spider wash. I called the company and couldn't tell you a location that used the card. Called around for hours. My daughter is disabled, and it was an all day task for her. Once we did, it was easy and really nice.

This is a great and clean environment to wash your clothes. Also, an up to date app and card services they use make it easy instead of trying to keep up with a bunch of quarters doing laundry. Easy and efficient way to get some laundry done. Not to mention reasonable prices even a pickup and drop off service I know is awesome.

Installed the app and it just keeps crashing. Uninstalled and tried again with the same results. Website could be more user-friendly. I have 3 cards and would like to merge them all but can't figure out how to do it. Great idea but needs more work!

The app is not fully functional. Some tabs don't work i.e., ("SpyderWatch") very limited in other uses. So, the advertised pictures they post are essentially a lie.

Trying to log in and nothing happens. Takes a long time to log in too, compared to other apps. Should be easy, but it literally won't let me sign up.

Seriously got all my laundry in the machines and soap etc. 8 machined at 7.25 and now the app keeps crashing. Its 12:30 am and no attendant at facility. Now I have to load up clothes that have soap (another financial loss for me but like you care) but I should have made sure your app worked first... Tulsa Oklahoma.
