I would give this zero stars if the play Store allowed it. Our company switched to Star SFA promising 'efficiency,' but it has been a complete nightmare from day one. Constant Crashing: The app closes unexpectedly at least five times a day, usually right when I’m in the middle of logging a critical client order. Syncing Issues: Data doesn't sync in real-time. I’ll spend an hour updating my route and leads, only for the app to 'forget' everything the moment I hit save. I’ve had to re-enter the.
