Want to start running but don't know where to begin? Already running and want to see your pace, heart rate, route and progress?
Running with SIT 30 takes you from your first short runs to a full workout with 40 minutes of running. And if you don't need the programme, switch on free run, set a goal or create your own interval workouts.
The app tells you when to run and when to switch to walking, announces the kilometres you've covered, records your route, calculates your pace and helps you keep an eye on your heart rate.
You can leave your phone in your pocket.
▸ START RUNNING FROM SCRATCH
Never run for longer than five minutes? That's perfectly normal.
The programme is built on gradually alternating running and walking, so the load increases step by step.
Three levels: • up to 20 minutes of running per workout • up to 30 minutes of running per workout • up to 40 minutes of running per workout
Every training day already has a plan: when to walk, when to run and how long each interval should last.
If a workout felt hard, just repeat it. The programme is in no rush.
