After having trouble with the website, I decided to try the app. While it was downloading, I read several negative reviews. I did not have high hopes. It actually worked perfectly. Seat selection, check in, and boarding pass were easy.

I am not great when using my phone, but it was easy to check in and get boarding pass on my android. Thank god, as the only thing i forgot was my file with all info in it. Had i not, i wouldn't be having a good night.

Much like the website, this app is terrible. Literally nothing works. Won't let you check in, select seats, upgrade, view boarding pass. Sometimes logging out and back in helps, but not always. Currently, won't access any of my login info. Do. Not. Work.

Worst airline app I've seen, and I've got most of them. FlightAware shows flight as late, SeaTac website shows flight as late, call to airline says flight is late, SunCountry app 'Flight Status' shows on time. My son showed me a convoluted way to get the app to show actual time, but why wouldn't it just show you when you tap 'Flight Status'?!?

Couldn't check in..says have to check in at airport. Was able to check in
on website and after logging out of app and logging back in...(after a few
hours) was able to see boarding pass...needs a lot of improvement as the
main function does not even work..
