This is the worst app I ever used. I have tried to book auto in a different location but nobody picked up the ride, I installed the app based on the Instagram feed. So influencers please check the liabilities then give a promise. Uninstalling

Too costly compare with rapid and uber. Rapid it's only 179 but using this app charges 302. Double the charges. Worst usages. I have clear evidence

Need to improve login page. Looks fancy but not convinced to log in. After signin frequently show check internet connection. Price also looks high when compared to others. In this app show 135 for x location.in another app it shows 102 for auto and 132 for cab. Its only 5 km. Good initiative but need lots of improvement.

App shows the best charges. But drivers not ready to accept the ride. It does not serve the purpose. This shows driver not cooperating the app. After long wait customer have to change to another app.

This is the worst service. I have tried to book multiple times at various locations in Madurai, but it was never successful. I tried on different days, including at hot spots like Mattuthavani and the Madurai railway station, but still faced the same issue.
