Swscu have helped me so much over the many years I have banked with them. They have been very helpful with personal loan's and in general banking they have always answered all my questions and queries. A great and friendly credit union whom I wouldn't hesitate to refer.

Good improvement and more convenience if there would be anything to change I would add notifications in for account transactions (Money in and money out) monitor accounts better and having quick balance screen, so you don't have to log in to check balance.

Beware of this bank. I made application for loan refinance purely because of lower interest rates. I was told by my existing (comm bank) bank that I could borrow 500k extra if I want to. Within week of my application they changed interest rates on website, but I was advised I will be given same rate during my application. Few weeks later I randomly got call from higher management about loan rejection, no email though. Possibly they have good staff, but bank is dodgy. Stay away from scam bank.

Twice I've been locked out. Trying to transfer my own money. I asked for a high access account including overseas transactions. So much for this product & app.

Transfer out to Nab via Osok is not instant (next day) but the app says instant! Whereas transfer in from Nab is instant. Have to enter credentials, DOB, SMS code every time to log on! Not easy to use.

There is a problem with this app, when you try to log in it comes up with a message saying Warning Your device has been detected to have an unlocked security system. For security reasons Sw bank cannot be run on an unlocked device. I never had problems before with this until the last upgrade.
