Absolutely easy to use Took a picture of my w-2, filed my taxes in 2013 tax season. And it took roughly 10 minutes to do and got my refund in about 2 weeks. The year before in 2012 tax season I went through H&R block and got charged $476+tax and what should have been a refund went to their pockets. I love turbo tax and will continue to use for years. Buggy and time wasting First the app simply crashed repeatedly when attempting to capture the images. Once it finally started working, I captured all of my tax docs then it tells you you need to transfer the info to the web. Great, transfer it then. Oops, the transfer won't work because I've "already started a TurboTax return on the web", which isn't true, but really I've stopped expecting this app to behave rationally. That's about 20 minutes of trying to coax this app to do the one thing it's supposed to, then it fails anyway at the end. Why doesn't it check at the beginning to see if it will be able to transfer to the web so you don't spend a bunch of time entering information into your phone keybaord? Same story when I tried last year. So frustrating.

:( Paid the $14.99 to have state done but after a couple of months I started to wonder where my state return was so when I checked they have no record of it being filed......it backed up a copy of my returns as a PDF on my online account but either they never filed it or there was a problem and never notified me (they have no clue) so this goes to show ...it doesn't pay to take the easy route!
