Good for bus travel, although I would really value a feature where I can select a bus stop and see the times of all the buses that stop at that stop.

The unlink Bus service in Southampton Zone is excellent. It's student pass for students is highly beneficial for students who stay near to City center. However, the frequency of services of blue star in Southampton plus zone needs attention.

The latest updates, with bus stops at all zoom levels and bikes availability makes the app too slow to load and update buses status. I am not sure it's worth it. There are other apps for bikes availability, and you can't book one ok unlink bus app, so it seems useless. Similarly, bus stops at all levels not very useful.

Literally tried to use the bus with my bus pass but it auto paid with my Google Pay now instead of my unlink pass, horrible app making me pay when I had the pass literally open. No way to turn off either

After the recent update it stopped working. I can't use my tickets, I can't even open the app. I can only see the message that the app is closed because it has a bug. How can I use my tickets without an app? And why Unlink removed the Key card and forced us to use the app, which is much less reliable?

How about giving passengers some notice or at least indication when the company can't find a replacement driver instead of letting them see the driver walk away and just wait there as buses come and go? Also, if a stop is closed how about a big sign saying the bus is closed as well instead of the driver acting annoyed that people waited there. Even the app didn't say the walnut avenue U1A/U1C stop was closed.
