I went today to my local branch in Norwood NJ, and to my surprise I found out that a survey that I answered was totally misunderstood. I was VERY angry because I had an overdrawn for $9 and since then they were withholding more than half of my husband's checks for what they said would be 7 days, but it took more than that. I called customer service, and they were NO HELP AT ALL. I was angry at them not my branch's people, and now they are in trouble. This is crazy I wasn't talking about them AT ALL

Extremely difficult to deposit checks. The first side of the check is normally ok but ive always had issues with the back of the check telling me it's a different size than the front. I thought it might be a camera height issue so I even tried my little phone tripod and It's still not working. Took me 10 minutes to deposit my last check. Checks and other deposits take at least 2 days longer to post. I originally rated this app at 3 stars but keep downgrading because they don't fix the bugs.
