After spending $200.14, this horribly made application took me through a
loop. I was not able to connect a single device to the not-so smart hub.
Called tech support and they took me thru the same cycle for 1.25 hours. I
was then placed on a 15 minutes call back schedule. I was called 1 hour
later and expected to waste my time reenacting the same. No! It will be
returned tomorrow. The lady had a horrible attitude and I was not, as a
paying customers of many years, willing to put up with her. Please, QA your
products prior to making them available for purchase!

This app is garbage. If you only have a SmartHub, forget about it. I spent over 2 hours on the line with technical support and technical support II trying find a way to make this app work, to no avail. Smart home features? Forget about it.

Verizon's SmartHub does not pair with the Canary All-in-One Home Security
Camera which were sold to us in the Verizon Store. We discover this after
spending 3 hours of downloading apps, trying to pair, waiting on Hold for
Tech Support, getting disconnected and finally reaching Tech Support via
Chat.
