I had been using the mobile version daily for past 5 years, hours on end. Pretty much live on it... now new update completely crashed out. System errors on every button, getting "null" notifications when looking inventory. Customer searches timeout and crash the app. I've reinstalled it dozens of times, logged in our more times than I can count. This has pretty much ruined my ability to successfully do my job. Assume I'm not only one customer service is hours ahead on wait times.

Does not work as smoothly as the browser based program. Cannot look at sold log. App resets when leaving which means you cannot log your calls. The task page is organized as individual tasks, unlike the browser app which is organized by customer. Plz fix, THX.

You put out an update that does me and many others no good. These features are useless since we can't log in with Android 14. You knew Android 14 was coming and did not have the app ready.

0 stars. This is the worst CRM I've used to date. Internal server errors, DL not importing info, terrible texting client, slow load times, lack of proper text notifications, service ROs don't load over correctly, app UI looks like a TI84 calculator. I miss using drivecentric. I'd usually hope for an update to fix bugs but y'all need an entire overhaul. Maybe Cox will use some of it's 23 billion annually to fix it.
