If you're a car dealer, then you need to check out this app! It allows you to view and check customer info, as well as contact them directly from the app. This is a great way to keep track of your customers and their info, and it makes contacting them much easier. The app is simple to use and definitely worth checking out!

The app often crashes, and I'm left close app, log out and log back in just to get it to start working again. Also major issue now after new update, the ability to use templates (pre-written) emails have been removed as an option when sending an email to customer. This is a HUGE step back as now I have to create an email, versus using the email templates that have already been created. Please help. Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA user.

I had been using the mobile version daily for past 5 years, hours on end. Pretty much live on it... now new update completely crashed out. System errors on every button, getting "null" notifications when looking inventory. Customer searches timeout and crash the app. I've reinstalled it dozens of times, logged in our more times than I can count. This has pretty much ruined my ability to successfully do my job. Assume I'm not only one customer service is hours ahead on wait times.

0 stars. This is the worst CRM I've used to date. Internal server errors, DL not importing info, terrible texting client, slow load times, lack of proper text notifications, service ROs don't load over correctly, app UI looks like a TI84 calculator. I miss using drivecentric. I'd usually hope for an update to fix bugs but y'all need an entire overhaul. Maybe Cox will use some of it's 23 billion annually to fix it.
