Weave was such a waste of money for my dental practice. The app is constantly crashing, causing my team to miss important messages from both patients and the treatment team. Their sorry excuse for "tech support" is in India — I called about a problem this morning, and it took a 40-minute phone call for the lady on the phone to finally tell me she couldn't figure it out. Their chatbot is useless. They constantly redesign their site, but put no work towards the actual product.

I've been with Weave for nearly 2 years. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It has great features, but I wish I wouldn't have to call or email them every month (or more) to have them fix things so basic features like incoming calls would work. If the phone and text system on the app would work consistently, I could gladly give them 5 stars. They do not, despite many attempts to ask them to fix these. Also, I have to set up the biometrics almost daily despite requests to fix that.
