Wiltshire Connect is the best way to get around rural Wiltshire.
With a few taps, you’ll be able to book a ride in the app and our technology will then calculate the fastest, most efficient way to get a Wiltshire Connect vehicle from your pick-up location to your final destination.
HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. - You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. - You can pay your fare on the app or with your driver with a contactless payment card. - There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way!
SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one.
AFFORDABLE. Rides are priced comparably to other bus services in your area. Single ride or 10 Ride passes can be purchased in the app or with your driver. Concessionary bus passes for older people and disabled are accepted on the Wiltshire Connect service.
RELIABLE: Track your ride as the driver is on their way to you, and while you’re on the vehicle too.

Very easy experience using this app. Booked a journey from Crick lade to Kemble station. Got a notification around an hour before my 30-minute booked slot to give me a more precise 5-10 minute pickup time. Very friendly driver arrived bang on time and the journey was nice and quick.

What a fantastic service. I've never seen a bus service which picks you up where you want and drops you off where you want. We were holidaying on a narrow boat on the Kennet and Avon canal and moored in Poona. We walked into the village in the baking sun (honestly, it was warm in England!) to get some supplies at the local Co-op (which was so cool, having air con) and then coming out saw the sign for Wiltshire Connect. I downloaded the app, within minutes I was on the bus heading for the boat.

Worst APP ever. Don't bother attempting to book unless you want ''no journeys available '' all the time. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME. Bring back the regular timetabled bus service that you don't have to waste your life attempting to book... and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled 19 bloody times.

Positive- 1) neat design Negatives: (1) my self-booked, "Scheduled rides" often don't show on the app at all, just an endless "loading" loop symbol instead 2) app and ride notifications always appear and disappear as a drop message on my main phone interface, with no option to recall and re-read the message, or to open and re-view it in the app. 3) sometimes no ride times are shown as available on a particular day, but then I'll phone in and there'll be an available time.

One star is very generous! Every single time I try and book it always says sorry no journeys available. If you don't want passengers then cancel the service completely.
