The only problem I found in this app is sometimes the app shows some error in timings and the live location of the bus. For example: my bus was supposed to be arriving in 8 min however, the bus was at the stop assigned already and I wasn't able to track its location as well.

Something happened that caused the app to need to be uninstalled and re-installed before booking a trip. I emailed the developers with what information I could, and they Quickly got to work on the fix. The app is now working perfectly again! After they uploaded the fix, they contacted me and asked if it resolved the issue. I definitely recommend this app.

Edit: fixed. App doesn't work. Can't register with either phone or email, phone pillbox won't work and neither am I getting the verification email

Garbage App. It stops working in the middle of trying to book a trip. It's taking me about 20 minutes to book each ride. Needs to be improved. No tech support at all. The people who answer the phones at Transit Plus, have never used the App.

Useless! Took me about 40+ minutes to book a trip. As others have said, the app is not responsive at all to selections, the map takes forever to load and constant refreshing on the confirm booking screen makes it near impossible to complete a booking.

With this you can select a bus stop as a pickup but, you should have a pop-up saying if the pickup buses stop is not available and the pickup bustop has been changed.
