UPDATE: Still not complaining 3 yrs later! ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ TO ALL THE COMPLAINERS! 1st, I gave this a low score as I just now downloaded the app. 2nd, For anyone complaining about purchasing (being forced to purchase) a new phone to use Xfinity phone service is ridiculous! I just purchased a BRAND NEW Samsung Galaxy 9+ and I only pay for the purchase of the phone and NO SERVICE CHARGE! I'm paying $35 a month PERIOD for my phone. No complaining here!

This isn't good service. They charge extra if you don't have internet at home. Your voicemail on your mobile will stop working, the service will go out, and you will not even get notified of missed calls. You will call Xfinity Mobile and your phone number will not be recognized through the system because you don't have home internet. So it will take you about 30-45min to even talk to agent. Who will proceed and assure you the problem is fixed it won't be. You will still have to pay full price.
