Overall, my experience with this app has been good. In the last couple of weeks, however, the cleaning plan feature has been buggy. It won't adjust the vacuum power level according to the plan - I've had to change it manually as the vacuum moves from one room to another. Would love to see this bug fixed.

Update - after remapping the entire house all the tools and options returned in the app. It would be nice to get a warning that an update would automatically occur requiring mapping to reset. The app for my 360 S5 has been fantastic until today. I couldn't sign in and when I finally used my phone number to sign in, all my maps are gone. I no longer have the ability to create zones or do any kind of mapping. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no map access. Very frustrating.

I have been using S6 robot cleaner for about a month now. The product is very good and it has been working fine. The user manual can be improved to include more details such as map will come up after using it full house cleaning for few times and how to select specific area to clean. Also when we save the map with specific area and use the map, the app says map applied, but it starts cleaning the whole house. The app user interface can be improved. Otherwise the product is good value for money

The robot 360 s9 is OK. The application was OK! Now, is a mess. After last firmware update (before Xmas) and last application update, the behaviour is a nightmare. The maps are modified, like the wall are moved slowly up, the robot status is updated very slow, I don't know where is it, the messages are come late, the route is not displayed. The Internet connection is not an issue, the router and WiFi coverage is not an issue, your cloud or you application is the issue!
