In Bangalore, they did a very bad job. I booked moving things from one house to another. They promised 9 am, on the day of moving the contact person asked me to delay by 1 hour, then 1 hr, then again one hour. Like this, they came around 5 pm. I was promised that 5 people would take care of moving. But only 2 people came. Also, my chair and dressing table broke. It was very late and was around 4 am everything completed. Never trust this brand.

Absolutely pathetic service!! It's been 3 weeks. They lost the center beam of my king-sized bed, and they are unable to replace it or sanction a cost of 14K get a replacement beam built. Airattix is just an aggregate they subcontract the storage of our items to substandard vendors who don't even pack our furniture in way where it can last 3-6 months. I do not recommend anyone to them for storage. They have no quality standards, no process and very poor vendor management. Your furniture unsafe!!

Worst service. Don't go for this company. I bought my bike from Bangalore to Bihar, and it's been more than 1 month, and I don't know where is my bike. I have final option i.e. police complaint.

Team with no technical expertise. For a few months they can't set up my profile. They can't update my email IDs not sure how they will survive in this competitive market.
