About this app - limited authority, worthless. About company - 3rd class, useless, pathetic, big liers, big fraud and back team is just like hell. After buying product, you come to know that they do not manage your OTA, you have to manage and keep eyes on RATE DISPARITY, RATE UPDATE, Keywords ETC, Hotel supposed to shortout all myself. Mr. Naresh, sales manager, a big lier and a fraud of this company. All previous reviews are planned by company to manipulate us to buy their product.

I have been using this channel manager for 4 months, and it has been a complete nightmare. Prices and inventory never sync properly with OTAs. Support keeps saying “problem will be solved soon,” but critical features like to sync, and booking deletion are outright unavailable. Refunds are denied. Negatives / Cons: Prices and inventory do not sync properly with OTAs. Lots of bugs and unreliable functionality. Critical features like sync and booking deletion are not provided. Support is unhelpful
