★★☆☆☆ I called after my phone upgraded and changed things I didn't want changed. 2 hrs first day 2 and half hours 2nd day. Then the assistant said she had to check a couple things and could she call back. I later got a voice mail from her saying it went straight to voice mail when she called. This started on 10/28/2022. Still not straightened out.

★★☆☆☆ Install this on my phone worked with the representative, we were done.. I thought! 2 days later they got back into my phone and removed the app without permission. This is a violation and I don't appreciate it!!! Beware when this is installed they still have full access even after you disconnect from them.. I'm PISSED!

★★☆☆☆ I have many frustrating issues, when trying to work with your agent(s) I spend alot of time, asking that the poor English agents difficult to understand I'm constantly asking the agent to repeat his or her selves. I also end up ending the with my issue not being resolved. I have exhausted all troubleshooting efforts. You need to replace thus router!!!!!!
