They do not take proper steps to address customer complaints, nor do they verify the quality of the buses before putting them on the road, which causes suffering for the customers.

Very Bad Experience with BD ticket, I can't go with their ticket after purchase they don't make any call to customers to make sure that is a very bad experience.
