As a Consultant, we can get the Billing information so for, now in latest updated app you added registered mobile number ti get the detailed info. It is not possible for Consultants to access the Required Data. Either you can Register Electrical Consultant / Contractors ti get the Access of Full Data as in previous. Expect you may solve this. Thanj you

I made a complaint in person to the AE EB Nolambur and also to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu through email to attend to the defective meter. When contacted the CM office says that my complaint has been sent to SE EB concerned to attend. Even after the prescribed time limit I have not received any reply from both ends. This is the state of public grievances' attendance. Very pathetic
