I set up an account just to be told they couldn't verify my insurance provider even though this app is through my insurance & listed as an option in my health insurance benefits. The first visit was declined by the provider because it was not his area of practice, the visit with the second provider disappeared before we could talk to him, and the 3rd provider could barely hear us even with us yelling into the phone. 2 hours of time wasted.

Went to see a psychiatrist it couldn't detect my blue cross insurance, which is through this app, then tried to charge me 175 dollars for a visit. Don't use this just ignore your mental health it's easier and cheaper.
