Body & Mind Smart Biofeedback

Biofeedback and neurofeedback are - also in combination - established forms of therapy for a variety of clinical pictures and are becoming increasingly popular, especially among professional users. The basis is training the self-regulation of physiological and neurological processes of the body, which are considered uncontrollable under normal circumstances.
In the new Body & Mind - Bio- & Neurofeedback Training App, bio- & neurofeedback are made available for home use in a user-friendly and uncomplicated way, opening up a new world of stress management - elegant, simple and suitable for everyone.
HEG NEUROFEEDBACK - THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE TO EEG:
NIRS-based HEG neurofeedback promises a significantly less complicated handling in terms of preparation, implementation and evaluation of training sessions, especially compared to conventional EEG neurofeedback. The training itself enables fast and comprehensible success for the trainee, the induction of longer lasting phases of concentration and relaxation is particularly easy and the state of mental relaxation suddenly becomes controllable.
TPS BIOFEEDBACK - ONE SENSOR FOR THREE PHYSIOLOGIES:
The TPS sensor from Thought Technology combines the recording of heart rate variability, skin conductance and temperature at the fingertip, and via this enables the training of three physiologies, whose significance for stress, focus and recovery has been widely researched and used in the therapy of numerous clinical pictures. The parameters lead to success in stress management in a comprehensible and simple way and open up a completely new understanding for the trainee's own body.
The app allows you to train both feedback forms separately and in combination. Multiple users can be managed, and their progress documented and evaluated - easily and intuitively.
