BrainStrong: TBI Recovery

Your loved one is recovering from a traumatic brain injury. You see the outbursts, the frustration, the personality changes — but you can't see the cognitive healing happening beneath. BrainStrong makes the invisible recovery visible.

TRACK RECOVERY ACROSS DOMAINS
Log daily observations across 7 dimensions — physical, cognitive, speech, emotional regulation, behavioral stability, caregiver stress, and relationship quality. Separate cognitive recovery from behavioral noise so you can see what's really changing.

PATTERNS THAT REVEAL WHAT WORKS
Discover which caregiving approaches produce the best responses. See how time of day, therapy sessions, fatigue, and social events affect behavior. Identify trigger patterns before outbursts happen.

PERSPECTIVE WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST
After a difficult day, research-backed perspective cards reframe what happened through a neurological lens. Not generic motivation — real explanations of why TBI behavior looks the way it does and what it actually means for recovery.

THE RECOVERY JOURNEY — 6-MODULE COURSE
Evidence-based tools for TBI caregivers, delivered in 5-minute daily micro-doses. Learn the Dual-Track Method for separating cognitive gains from behavioral noise. Master the Battery Model for understanding cognitive fatigue and preventing outbursts. Build sustainable self-care before burnout hits.

CO-CAREGIVER ALIGNMENT
Weekly pulse checks help you and your co-caregiver stay on the same page about recovery expectations, behavioral strategies, and caregiving load. See where your observations align and where they diverge — then have productive conversations about the differences.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All data stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking. Your observations are yours alone. Export encrypted backups anytime.

Built for the 5.3 million families living with TBI-related disability. Whether your loved one's injury happened yesterday or years ago, BrainStrong helps you see the recovery that's happening — even when it's invisible.

Your progress is real, even when you can't see it.
