Buggy and my typed responses to the doctor during the "visit" are invisible. Not hard to see, not small - invisible. I can read what the doctor has typed, but I must rely on faith that I typed correctly before hitting send. It usually is not and the message looks like it was typed by a crackhead. Not great. The resulting record of the visit is also blank for both conversations. It does allow me to coordinate getting my prescription which is convenient, but seriously - how hard is it to fix this?

I talk to the Dr, yes, but trying to update my photo or other information is a complete hassle. It's says there is an update, but I pick it to update and zero happens. If it weren't so convenient, I'd uninstall it all together. Not exactly user-friendly...more frustrating than anything.

Registering for this app took the better part of a day and five emails to the help desk. It wouldn't accept my email address and then flagged my very carefully entered password as not matching. They never did fix the password problem however, even though they claimed they still didn't match, it did finally accept my registration. Now I'm wondering if I'll be able to log in again.
