Ever since carousel took over at High Wycombe travelling has been a breeze the app gives accurate times and the buses always on time easy to access bus tickets, so it's quick to get on and off the bus and honestly if u live in an area with a majority of the buses being carousel then I highly recommend this app

Timetables are out of date and tracking only working for certain buses, what's not to like?

I used this bus line before the pandemic for a few months with 102 and 101, also recently again a few times 102. It is very difficult when there are no buses that do not arrive on time for the times already mentioned both in the app and on the poles displayed in the waiting areas. I will avoid this service from now on.

Horror, I get made to stand outside my school for an hour with MY TEACHERS because buses don't come at regular times, they frequently skip my stop despite the app saying they'll come soon.
