Basic app. Tells you refund locations. Would be good for it to have function to alert users when a refund point can't accept anymore bottles due to being full or not working for self serve stations and a rating with timestamp to show when status was last updated. Also, would be good to have phone function that allows you to alert Visa office that a self serve station needs to reset or other maintenance, like being emptied. Would be cool to know what error codes on self serve machines might mean.

The app is perfectly fine: easy to login; easy to scan QR code at kiosk; funds transferred to bank account immediately. The only problem with this system are the kiosks. Usually, one of the two outlets is out of order (last time I went both were). Sometimes the kiosk will reject eligible containers even when barcode is not damaged. On the odd occasion, the kiosk will reject an entire type of container from being accepted.

I'll give it 5 stars when it will actually keep me logged in when I select that option! Hey users/recyclers! Make sure you use the scanner in the app to check your bottles and cans will be accepted. Then you won't be tempted to be an other feral pig who leaves their non-refundable as dumped rubbish. Or just be a responsible human and take your non-refundable home and put them in your kerbside recycling bin. It's really that much effort, surely?

Doesn't recognize login password from one day to the next. Have to reset every time I want to log in. Need to fix. No such issues with CDS West app with Tamra. Visa need to get there act together.

Tried signing up to create an account after scanning code at Self Service Center, however it repeatedly comes up Error 268. Upon calling Visa, we were advised to update the App on the play store (for android). We checked for any updates and there weren't any. I have tried signing up on the pc for an account also and the same error occurs. I do not recommend this app at all. Until this company gets the bugs sorted out, we'll not be using their services.

PATHETIC VISY THINKS ILL DOWNLOAD AND PAY FOR DOCU SIGN EVERY MONTH JUST TO SIGN THEIR RECYCLING ONLINE FORMS. JUST FOR A FEW CANS OR BOTTLES. NOT LIKELY SO THEY BEST PAY CASH OR It's ALL GOING IN THE BIN.
