Since app update it is a nightmare. Taking cash from bank card but not booking the taxi. And take aside more than recommended journey price. I will either have to use cash or change company.

This new updated app is rubbish, no tracking, .no eta, my house number don't exist ,🤣, what a joke, I told them this on the phone, they don't want to know, my business has been taken elsewhere, I was using at least 4 times a week., Not any more adios.

Poor. Address input doesn't work properly. Won't let you book because there's 'no cars in the area' even though you can see there are several on the map and now no option to book for cash. The old app worked fine this is a downgrade.
