Love this app. I have had anxiety and panic with having to wear a mask as well as from all the violence. This app has helped me deal with a few tramatic experiences and given me tools to use to help with my anxiety. The activities are easy to follow and are helpful. I will say you have to apply yourself and be honest in order to get the benefits of this app. I love that there's no advertisements.

This is an amazing app that is really helping to uncover and heal unresolved emotions and memories. The only issue I have is in the Journal tab, I can't correct grammar. This may be intentional. IDK. Otherwise, love it and really like the update and how the person speaks to me through the session.

Awesome works for my mood DISORDER and PTSD you got to try this it truely does work it's better than talking to a person who will JUDGE you by the book WRONGFULLY. Promise you it's effective just got to go with the flow of it. It's a process for ANYONE but it will work just got to keep it up and work it's programs.

I love this app so far! Some of the reviews are upset about the AI aspect, but it's included in the description. There are apps for human therapy. But this app is free and gives you amazing resources and exercises. I am on the EMDR path and in just the first session I overcame something that has been really bothering me lately because the EMDR compartmentalized it so it was simply a memory rather than something to stress over. Thank you! This is going to help so many people.

EMDR Therapy needs to be done with a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist. Recommending an "EMDR Path" via an app is extremely unethical and potentially dangerous. It is also against EMDRIA guidelines.

It doesn't work for everyone. Therapy isn't a one size fits all solution. AI can not adjust to a person's needs, but in some cases, not even a human therapist can help. If this app helps you, great. But it does not work for me at all. That's the chance one takes when trying something new. Sometimes things can be too good to be true, an unintentional false hope. Please keep that in mind.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! This app is only 'read text and tap to continue'... It is NOT interactive. Asks questions and offers only ONE possible answer... Why bother to phrase it as a question when you are not allowed to answer? This app was Very Frustrating!!!

I have auditory processing issues and so much of this app relies on audio clips that aren't even transcribed. So exercises that are supposed to put me in a better frame of mind just leave me irritable and frustrated. Also, I understand that Owliza here isn't real but having just one choice of reply is very annoying. If I loathed the "safe space visualization" I don't want to tell Owliza it was great. Also: I can't use my predictive keyboard in the journal?? Completely ridiculous.
